I had booked two flight tickets of economy class from your website on 18th november 2017 but as i received call from your call centre and i was told that you do not have any confirmation got for my flight booking.
As per your policy, there are no cancellation charges if i cancel prior to the booking date so please refund my payment at the earliest.
