I booked a ticket from bangalore to sharjah on 22nd november 2018. Travel date: 18 december 2018. The money got deducted for booking which is rs.14103, but i neither received an email nor a text message showing the confirmation of my ticket. When i called the customer care multiple times, they said "10 minutes", "15 minutes", "45 minutes" and so on. And when i contacted them again in the morning, they said they could not process the ticket and i have to cancel the ticket. However they promised me a full refund of the fare. But it will take 10 to 15 working days which is unacceptable. I want the refund to be processed as early as possible as the amount is huge. Was this information helpful? |
