HappyEasyGo — Did not get the refund yet despite cancelled from the airlines side

I have booked flight from Happy Easy Go. The Airline was SpiceJet - SJ 757.

My flight was cancelled from their side due to operational issues for 1st August 2022. It was eligible for full refund. I have spoken to them and they said full refund has been done and talk to the travel agent. It’s been more than 21 days and I still have not got my refund.
