I had booked a room in Calicut through happy easy go. When I reached the hotel I was told they didn’t receive any bookings and rooms were already sold out. I contacted happy easy go the same day and they said they will do a refund it’s a mistake from their part. I was told I’ll be getting a refund in 5 days. When I called after five days they said it will take around 7-14 days. And when I called after 14 days they said they can’t give a definite time frame and when asked to connect to a senior manager they said they can’t do it too and they disconnected the call. I sent multiple emails to know the status of my refund and didn’t get any response from them
