[Resolved] HappyEasyGo — e-ticket not issued by happyeasygo

I have a made a booking on HappyEasygo on 14.03.2019 Trip Id has been issued. i have not received the PNR. The money got deducted from my account and the trip status in the app shows upcoming. I have not recieved the ticket on my registered email.
it is been 10 hours since i have booked the ticket. when i try to call the customer care, they are not responding. This is very urgent as i have to travel within three days.
Kindly take necessary steps.

Had called up the customer care ... but you have to wait for a long time :( to get connected.
I have been issued tickets in the morning after almost 24 hours...
