It's been more than 2 months that I've cancelled(on 16th Jan 2022) my flight tickets booked for 26th Jan 2022 from "Nagpur" to "Bangalore" (PNR: LTNB7B) but not yet received the refunded amount. I've been following up since months but not getting proper response. The HappyEasyGo application still shows order status as "refunding". Order ID :[protected] / LTNB7B I'm attaching screenshots of all email conversations along with this complaint. Kindly expedite and let me know if something required. HAPPY EASY GO - MONEY IS NOT YET REFUNDED AFTER 3 MONTHS

The flight has been cancelled by the airlines and the refund request has been raised from our end. We made Mutipleeeeee calls to the HAPPY EASY GO team but NONE RESPONDED CORRECTLY and still o haven’t received a rupee as a refund. It is so horrible. Never ever this Happy easy go should be recommended
