HappyEasyGo — Even after airlines are providing refund the travel agent people are not giving the refund

Hi, I booked several flight tickets from happyeasygo app and due to covid and other issues all the flights got cancelled and the airlines have initialed the refund to happyeasygo, but happyeasy go was proving us the refund.
