HappyEasyGo Flight Booking — cancelled the flight ticket at the end moment, no information of refunding the money

Booked the flight ticket on happygoeasy flight for my parents from bangalore to delhi, at the last moment they have cancelled the ticket and sent one regret email, without any call confirmation. When i called the customer care, they did not hear properly what exactly happens and cut the call, they showed rude behaviour. So i wanted alternative booked ticket from the same indigo flight since other family member also travelling in same flight.
