1. I cancelled my Air Vistara flight end of April 2023 (Ticket ID:[protected]. The message mentioned that Vistara will take upto 90 days to be processed. I waited for the 90 days, but no refund.
2. I then made multiple calls to the customer care where they said they will refund within a week. I even wrote to the customer care (CaseId[protected] on the 16th of September (4.5 months after I cancelled my ticket) and mentioned that I will have to raise a complaint on the consumer forum and I got a message saying that the refund has been initiated.
3. I got a Razorpay confirmation ( Razorpay refund id: rfnd_KIZVlFlKCEDIfy) but that also has been stuck and it says that it has been delayed and asks me to contact HappyEasyGo. Since then i have barely been able to get through to the customer care. I have been on hold for over 50 minutes where eventually the call goes blank. Was this information helpful? |
