HappyEasyGo — Flight Cancelled by Airline but Refund not given | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I used Happy Easy go to book two tickets for my parents via Order ID:[protected] on 3rd April for outward flight scheduled on 17th April. The flight was cancelled by Airline due to Covid lockdown on 17th April 2020. The airline gave full refund to HappyEasyGo back in April, but to date I have not received the refund and no one is responding. Was this information helpful? | |
