My flight got cancelled due to covid last year 25th may 2020-- since then i have been requesting and begging the customer care to refund my amount for 3 tickets which they are not releasing inspite of the airlines having refunded the amount to them.
They are simply fooling around and not taking up my matter seriously- there is no higher authority to whom we can appraoch in this matter. attatched are proof of the airline refund which has been sent to happy easy go but they are still not releasing my refunds
