HappyEasyGo — Flight ticket cancellation | |||
I have booked flight tickets for 21st April 2020 but unable to complete my journey due to lockdown. Airlines company has provided me an option to reschedule my tickets till 31st December hence I have forwarded the request to HAPPYEASYGO for rescheduling process and but they have not sent me the link to pay extra charges for the same. While contacting multiple times, Happyeasygo executive sent me the link after 5 days and after paying the extra amount they have canceled my tickets and deducted 1k. Ticket price: Rs.3848 Extra charges to reschedule ticket: Rs.1576 Refund initiated: Rs.2700 + Rs.1576. Was this information helpful? | |||
