HappyEasyGo — Flight ticket refund

My flight ticket to BLR from VTZ has been cancelled by airliness. I have requested Happy Easy Go (HEG) to process the refund on 16 th Dec’21, but still i didn't receive any information.

Every time i call them, they say that they are working on it and will refund in few days.. I called up the airlines (indigo) and they confirmed that the amount has been refunded and sent to HEG. But these guys still say that they didn't receive anything.

It's been more than 9 months (250 days) since i raised the complaint but no action has been taken. I request you to help me here.
