HappyEasyGo — Fraud company-Not processing refunds

Hi have booked my flight through rady go and cancelled due to covid reasons. My booking id:[protected]. I have cancelled my ticket on Dec 7th 2021. Still refund not been processed. No dont have any intend to refund my amount. I have raised many time ti customer care and twitter. No proper response. Many complaints i hve seen on Happyeasy go. Why there is no action from government side. Do we have any acta to control this kind of fruads.
