This is to inform that I booked ticket from
HappyEasyGo Application. The details are:-
1)Kolkata to Patna dated 23rd October, 2022 (Discount of Rs. 2800 which cost me Rs. 1633).Order id[protected]
2) Patna to Kolkata dated 4th November, 2022( Discount of Rs. 2800 which cost me Rs. 1253). Order id[protected]
I received a call from HappyEasyGo customer care who stated that there was a technical glitch on their application due to which discount of Rs. 2800 was provided and now they are asking me to pay extra Rs. 2800 for both the tickets or else both the tickets would be cancelled by them. If the ticket gets cancelled by HappyEasyGo then my booking amount of both tickets will not be refunded at all.
As a customer the fault is not on my end. The fault is with their application as it showed a discount of Rs. 2800. Now HappyEasyGo Customer executive has put my ticket on automated cancellation. I want a refund as the fault is not from my end.
It's a request to please take necessary action against HappyEasyGo as it's a misguidance and consumer is suffering from it.
