We have been waiting for more than a year for our refund now. It is terrible on the
your part to sit on the refund for this long, given that the airlines (spicejet) has
already refunded the full amount.
I have been tirelessly making calls to the happyeasygo customer care for months
now, but nothing is done from your end to resolve the issue. Last email i received
from them is below:
"Dear Saima,
Greetings from Happyeasygo!!
This is in reference with your refund request for Order ID:[protected]
We have escalated this case for validation on your refund. We are very sorry for
the delay in the refund. However, this may take some more time. Thus request
you to wait for some days. We will get back to you with an update. However, we
have expedited the process. Your co-operation and patience will be highly
appreciated. It is our utmost endeavor to resolve your concerns at the earliest.

But nothing after that, no money or even no information from HappyEasyGo.
I want my money back, as HappyEasyGo is sitting with that money since an year
now and is least bothered to pay me.
