I refund is pending for over 50 days for ORDER ID :[protected]
The flight has been cancelled by airline go First. They confirmed that amount already returned to your service provider HEG. Now after a lapse of almost 40 days I didn’t get the refund. You all are assuring that after getting the refund from airline same will be returned, then why this delay ? I dont know how you can take 45-90 workings days to refund money in this todays digital world. I have been calling and mailing HEG and Go First without any help from either of you. It is really sad that the common man has to suffer because of bad and under par processes of giant corporates.
No sufficient explanation for the delay of refund has been shared with us .The refund request was raised more than one month back.
Please consider this as notice that will be filing a complaint in the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision shortly. Was this information helpful? |
