I have been duped 1, 444 INR by this online booking portal for a confirmed Hotel booking @ Hotel Maya International Mangalore, transaction completed online with check in date as 5th Mar & checkout date as 6th Mar.
Inspite of repeated emails & phone calls to the customer service of HappyEasygo, the confirmed hotel booking was never recognised or accepted by the Hotel Reception Staff.
I was informed by the Hotel Reception Staff Mr Sunil ( Ph No[protected] that this online booking portal representative Mr Issac Fernanded is well informed that they do not recognise or accept the Hotel booking undertaken through their portal. Since they never received any amount from the Company, my hotel accomdation was not confirmed & i was stranded helplessly.
I had to go through this horrific experience & demanded a full refund from the HappyEasygo customer service since they failed to arrange me the accomdation. However they are fooling around with email misinformation, forgery & not refunding the amount.
Looking at my horror experience, when i checked online i see numerous compaints against this portal by many customers.
Not sure why is a company getting away scott free & not being blacklisted or put to task inspite of so many complaints of wrong doing & not refunding the customers for the diservice they are providing.
Hope the consumer complaint forum could direct the authorities of Happyeasygo to get me the amount refunded ASAP. Your help on this issue is highly appreciated.
