I booked a hotel room at Radisson, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
The check-in date was 26th June 2021.

The hotel denied entry yesterday given they didn't receive any confirmation from Happy Easy go
I waited there for more than a hour and tried contacting Happy Easy Go customer care. They mentioned that they have escalated my issue but still I haven't heard anything from them.
Request you to kindly look into this and process my refund as soon as possible.
