HappyEasyGo — I am complaining regarding receiving 0 amount as a refund.

Through Happy Easy Go app I had booked 2 tickets for airline SPICEJET on two different days in starting of December'21 for the date 6th January'2022. I cancelled my tickets withing 4-5 days then when I asked for refund they kept telling me that soon money will get refunded, but after 1 months I got 0Rs amount as a refund, I talked with airline (SPICEJET) as well but no such response I got from their side as well. Happy Easy Go is just taking money they are not refunding any amount for cancelled tickets and they don't even provide such norms before preceding the process of ticket booking.
