HappyEasyGo — I booked hotel for two days and paid 1947 INR but when I reached hotel, they said they havent received any booking.

I booked hotel for two days from 29th April to 01st May and paid 1947 rs. My booking was done and recieved a voucher for the same on mail. My Order Id[protected]. But when i reached the hotel they said my booking was not received by the hotel and they said they will not allow check in. And my booking was non-refundable and i cant cancel. Kindly help me with my refund.
