HappyEasyGo — Incorrect Refund processed | |||
I have been waiting for my incorrect refund since December where I have selected correct option for full refund where the app captured incorrectly that I ahve selected option with penalty . I had to recive five thousand amont where the amount processed was 1500 and I was following bup with the team since 3 months since the cancellation not my flight booking and each person gave a different timeline where I was asked to wait for other half month which makes it 4 months . Complete refund was processed by airlines where The happy easygo team always says we have to get confirmation from the airlines . How the mail confirmation was sent to them .
