HappyEasyGo India Pvt. Ltd — no refund on cancellation - fraud company

I had booked flight tickets from bangalore to chennai (19th apr'19) and chennai to bangalore (21st apr'19) vide pnr no. Xvhlyf. The flights on both these dates were cancelled by the airline group due to operational reasons. I even have confirnation message from the airline group. I tried to cancel my booking online on happyeasygo.com citing reason that flight was cancelled by airline and claiming full refund. However, i was shocked to know that refundable amount was zero (0) and happyeasygo team is asking for cancellation fees of rs.1500 per ticket. This is fraud and cheating since we were not informed of any such cancellation fees or charges at the time of booking the tickets. Further, since flight has been cancelled by airline group due to operational reasons, i am eligible for full refund. Requesting happyeasygo teak to contact me on my mobile no. [protected] and provide me full refund at the earliest.in case of failure to do so, i would be sending legal notice and reporting on social media and raising issue in consumer court.
