HappyEasyGo — It's been 4 months since my refund has yet not been processed for my flight ticket

I had booked a flight from HappyEazyGo under their refundable policy and unfortunately I had to cancel my ticket. I had booked a flight from Bangalore to kolkata on 30th April. It's been 4 months since I complaint them regarding my refund yet not been processed. Every 15 days I call them up and ask about the status. Every 10 days I send a email to them for my update. Each time I'm just said there might be some issue we are looking into the matter. Yet the refund has not been provided. Kindly help me.
