This is regarding my booking ID[protected] with Happyeasygo, which is not confirmed yet however the amount was deducted yesterday and the team called me today at 10:45 am saying the hotel booking is not confirmed yet and asked to wait. I called many a times and nobody resolved the issue instead asked to wait. Not even 24 hrs left in my travel. Such an unprofessional behaviour of the company. I want my refund and the losses which I'am going to bear by booking another hotel at a very expensive price. I have evidence to support my complaint.
