Dear Team,
I booked Pune to Delhi flight ticket via Order ID#[protected] and Delhi to Pune via Order ID#[protected] on 1st July, the payment was deducted from my credit card but ticket was not booked.
I called customer service day after and they informed that in 48 hrs they will initiate the refund and an email will be sent to me for confirmation.
I haven't received any email yet so please kindly take a look and initiate the refund asap.
