I book my Go First flight from Lucknow to Ahmedabad on
Date of Booking-- 14/08/2021, Travel Date- 13/09/2021, Flight No-- G8-110,
But as the flight was being rescheduled by Go first airways, I got a option from airline that either you can reschedule to the next day or you can get full refund.
So I opted for to get the refund. Then, the airline has refunded the money to my travel agency i.e. happy easy go from where i have booked the flight.
They also told you need to contact happy easy go incase of any refund not initiated by them.
I contacted happy easy go but they saying the money has not been refunded to them contact airline.
I again contacted airline and got a proof of email that money has been refunded to the Happy Easy go agency, i.e. Kafila Tour and Travels on 16 Sept 2021.
Now even after contacting the customer care they are just saying that they have not received any refund. Even after I have provided all the details.
I am getting the same reply by happy easy go each time -

We shall try our best to resolve the concern at the earliest. Also, we get in touch with the passenger regarding the same via email. Thank you for contacting Happyeasygo.
They didn't even contacted me, I am frustrated my money is not refunded,
I don't know what to do whom to contact.
Please help other wise i need to file a legal complain against the company.
