Below is the detailed description of the issue
I booked a ticket on 7 Nov 2022, for Lucknow to Pune. While booking the tickets, after the payment is done through credit card, the app said "source does not support this type of transaction" and redirected Me to the payment page again though my amount was deducted from my account and there was no confirmation of the ticket.
So i made the payment again since there was no confirmation of the ticket, this time through internet banking. This time also my amount got deducted and the same error popped up saying source does not support the transaction. This time also ticket was not issued.
Now when I check in my happy easy go app, I see there is booked ticket saying upcoming trip.
So, in a nutshell, my amount has been deducted twice and ticket has been issued again one payment. The second payment amount needs to be refunded . Was this information helpful? |
