I had booked a flight on 15th april from pune to kolkata for two passengers and paid rs11, 784, pnr f6jj3x. Since the flight was cancelled i have been mailing them to reschedule it for the 4th may. After demanding exorbitant charges for rescheduling i made it clear to generate a refund because the extra charges of 6600perpassenger was unacceptable. The prices were then dropped to 2431 per passenger. They are taking an entire day to get back with further procrastination and now they say that our new flight is unavailable. This is very unprofessional and draining of mental energy amidst the pandemic. Please look into it and resolve as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
