HappyEasyGo — No refund after 2 months

I had cancelled my tickets, PNR no. QENYMX and PNR no. N456FY on 26 June and 6th July respectively. It’s been more than 2 Months you people haven’t refunded my money GoFirst has initiated the refund from their side.
I have also checked with them they have paid you the amount but you’re not refunding the same.
I have tried calling you multiple times and every time you just tell me some excuse and that i should wait some more time.
Above issue i have already explained multiple times on call. But they are not listening.
