I cancelled a flight with penalty in April. It was an indigo flight. The flight ticket was around 14000 and after penalty deduction of 6000+ they owed me the rest. I wrote multiple mails to Indigo, Happyeasygo and several calls to both, most of which went unanswered. After many attempts, indigo informed they'd transferred the refund money to happyeasygo on the day of cancellation itself, but happyeasygo never processed it to me. I have call recordings of the executive informing that the transfer bounced in my bank account, the amount would be transferred in next 48 hrs, then next 48 hrs. Its August now, i still havent received the money.
