HappyEasyGo — No refund issued against cancellation of flight by the Jet Air Ways in 2019

Kindly be informed that I have booked four tickets from Guwahati to Mumbai for Jet Airways Flight No. 9W-135 for 6 May 2019 amounted Rs. 18, 544/-. The flight was cancelled by the operator and refund is not issued to us by HAPPYEASYGO. Nor they have made any alternate arrangement.
