Even After 60 days also, there is no refund process from HEG for the flight cancelled by the airlines. The refund process has promptly done by the airlines and the same is not reflecting after 60 days also. I have several times call the customer care, but the false hope of waiting only. No proper escalation.

Definitely not recommending the website for any further booking. They are loosing the trust of the people now.
