I, rachit agarwal, had booked a return e-ticket (Id[protected] bud-del (Dep 29th march, ret 13th apr) through alitalia airlines (Pnr — vpxroc) which was cancelled due to corona lockdown. I applied online for date rescheduling and after one week got email to provide new flight details which i did on 27th march but since then despite repeated emails they are not responding on my email [protected]@hotmail.com or my phone.
(1) strangely enough i did not get any communication from alitalia also which gives rise to suspicion that they may have taken the payment and not booked the ticket and simply issued a e-ticket, then it is a fool proof case of cheating
My website search shows that it is their regular practice to not give the refund.
