I'm writing in regards to my booking (Trip id :[protected] because i booked 2 tickets, one for myself and one for my friend from his id (Order id. #[protected]. Next day, he received a call from them stating that fares have been increased and they are cancelling the tickets and they will get the normal refund done in 10-15 days, so i thought my both tickets have been cancelled and will get refund for both of them. So, i booked a different flight tickets for both o[censored]s. But now, when i called their customer service to inquire regarding the same, i was informed that one of my tickets with (Trip id :[protected] has been confirmed. Why i was not informed earlier? Now what i want is a refund because it was a mistake from their technical end. It can be clearly shown by the attached snapshot that my tickets were not confirmed after i made the payments. No pnr was generated. Their customer service is even worse. I tried calling to talk to a supervisor 7 times, but still i was not transferred to the supervisor by the agents. I want a refund from them.
