I have been following up since 11 Feb 2022 for a ticket I had to cancel and Vistara had initiated complete refund(confirmed on email as well). In spite of following up on emails and calls for months - HappyEasyGo has continued to be non-responsive and refused to give back my money that even the airlines have returned.
Would request your team to help in getting the complete refund owed as many other customers have been duped in similar manner. All relevant email conversations with HEG and Vistara are attached
