Did a bug mistake trusting on happy easy go

Description of incident: booking for blr to bbi (Round trip), ticket amount was 6823.0 i given all details proceeded with payment where payment was also successful with transaction no:[protected]. Page redirected to happy easy go and was kept on loading for few mins post that also page was blank i didnt got message for ticket or any message with pnr. Post 15 - 20 mins i called customer care mentiong the scenario where they mention they have received payment you will get ticket within 45 mins.
I waited for 45 min still there was no update they given same response till morning, morning after 10:00 am they confirmed ticket is not booked due to fare increase by airline you will get refund with 3-5 days. I waited for that also post that after multiple followup they said it will take 10-15 days.
Still now there is no update. What shall i do. Am not getting satisfactory response from happy easy go team

The amount refunded by the Airline company has to be passed on to the credit of the credit card account.
Also wish to know why the delay in crediting back the amount .
