We had booked 3 rooms at Le Pondy resort through happy easy go from 7th to 9th Jan. 3 days before the arrival Tamil Nadu and Karnataka declared lockdown due to Omicron spread, we contacted both happy easy go and the resort and they agreed they will not refund the money but they will give a voucher for a later date.
It's been more than a month and happy easy go keeps declining through emails saying resort is refusing but I got a written mail from resort reservation manager that they accepted the request.
Now they don't reply to any of my emails. Was this information helpful? |
