HappyEasyGo — Not providing Refundable amount | |||
I had booked flight from HappyEasyGo on 11th April 2020 ( ₹2829/-)and return flight on 19th April 2020 (₹2193/-). But unfortunately while spreading of global decease (Covid 19) in India so my flight was cancelled. But HappyEasyGo announced we can reschedule the booking which is cancelled against Covid 19. So after a long back I recently tried to Reschedule the flight booking on 11th April 2021 which I already Paid ( ₹2829/- )Also paid extra ( ₹602/-) for processing fee. Now they saying cannot conform Flight ticket because of due to inventory sold out. Now Happy EasyGo is not taking any response for refund the amount Please I kindly requesting you consider this complaint for refund my amount. I received a mail from Happy Easy go for refund and they asked bank details for refund. I shared the details via mail 2 days before ( 4 Dec 2020 ) but there is no reply from HappyEasy go till now.
