This is to bring to your notice that I am very disappointed with the customer service process of happy easy go. I have a Trip ID:[protected] which was requested for cancellation on 4th August 2022 I have connected with customer care thrice now and yet I still haven't received my refund. Even after multiple requests through calls and queries on the website, there has been no response from your end. And for the past 4-5 weeks, I have tried reaching them, but the call always goes to hold, and I can't even connect with them anymore for any further queries.
Please help me with the refund status for the amount of Rs.10, 985 and how soon I can expect my money back.
