HappyEasyGo — Not Received Refund even after the airline cancelled

I had booked Indigo airlines flight on the happy easy go website for indore to bengaluru for may 10, 2022 and return for may 26, 2022.
the airline cancelled my flight on may 9, 2022 due to a medical reason.
all proofs were provided to happy easy go and they said refund will be done in 15 days.
but it has been over 45 days and i have not received the refund.
