I had booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur for the date 16.02.2023, but now I will be unable to travel due to health conditions. I found out that I am pregnant and my doctor is suggesting not to travel.
I have intimated same thing to indigo team and they have verified all my medical documents and they cancelled the ticket and sent the full refund to your account .
But happy easy go team is not receiving my call and also not replying on my mails .
I want my amount to be in my account.
