HappyEasyGo — Not refund the amount

Dear sir,

I have booked my flight tickets with trip id:[protected] // trip #[protected] with happy easy go website.

Regards to this booking, flight company has cancelled the flight so my tickets got cancelled and i apply for refund of fare.

Following is the reply from booking website happy easy go on july 19, 2019.

With reference to your refund query for trip id:[protected] // trip #[protected] we regret that the refund has got delayed from our end than the stipulated time frame. However, this is not usual practice and our refund’s team is working on the same kindly allow us 72 working hours to get back to you with an update and approx within 7-10 working days you get the refund for both of the tickets after the update we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. * this is a system generated an email, please do not reply. But till date there is no refund issued by happy easy go website, i have mailed the company 3 times and all time they give a time frame and than there is no reply after that.

Please look into this matter and resolve it and help me out to get my hard earned money back as soon as possible.
