I booked a flight ticket from Indore to Kolkata on Happyeasygo website (booking Id[protected]. I opted for zero cancellation charges and paid extra for that.
I cancelled my tickets and it's been more than 1 month. Everytime I talk to their customer support they tell that the money will be refunded in next 2-3 days.
I am really very frustrated with their pathetic refund policy and services and now I am going to take legal actions against them which I have told to their customer support as well. Was this information helpful? |

1) Will take help of Gurgaon Police / West Bengal Police Cyber Crime branch to report a fraud.
2) Will lodge a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
3) Will register my complaint to as many as online forum/Complaint Board available.
