My refund of around 20k is pending for more than four months.
before also, i have made numerous calls and every time I get a response that it will be issued within a week.
Now, Your customer care is never going through.Your customer service numbers both either switched off or not working.

This is pure mental harassment by happyeasygo to a loyal customer.

And it is pending for more than five months. This is very unprofessional on your part.
