HappyEasyGo — Refund amount is not credited to my own brother account as my bank account has been closed.

CaseId[protected]: Trip ID[protected] Cancellation Refund Bank details change

I have canceled my booking due to Covid19 in September 2020 but it is still not getting refunded even after 2 months. I have closed all my credit card through which booking was done, so I have provided my brother account details as I am abroad and cannot get a check book as I am not present in India. I have reached out to customer support telling that I will write a No Objection email as to transfer amount to my brother account number, but still they keep on replying the same thing every day.
