This is regarding Air Ticket PNR : ZHH8GR, which was canceled on 25/08/2022, but still now the amount is not credited to my account, (Booking ID:[protected].
I have enquired with Indigo & they have confirmed that they had refunded the amount within 48 hours, (indigo refund reference iD:[protected],
I can see below update in happy easygo mobile application, (0n 27th August 2022)
"Your refund request has been forwarded to the Airline, Once received the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours "
That means, once you receive the refund amount from the airline, you will be transferring the amount to my account within 48 hours.
Now, Indigo had confirmed to me by giving the reference number[protected], that they had refunded the amount to Happy easygo within 48 hours.
Why is the amount not credited to me ?
Airline had already processed the amount & refunded Happy easygo, it is already 1 month over & I need it urgently for my medical treatment, Please refund the amount asap,
