I had booked two flights with the following PNR along with free cancellation policy from your agency
PNR 1 - GQN4WQ (UDR - CCU)
PNR 2 - BJ4E4F (UDR - CCU)
I have cancelled both the flights and in the Indigo Portal it's showing that the refund has been made to HappyEasyGo.But the amounts are still not credited to my account from HappyEasyGo .I have tried to reach out to the customer care but no one answered the call or responded to the mails.Please check into this matter as it's more than two months now since I cancelled the booking.
