HappyEasyGo — refund

I tried to book the ticket on 09/08/2018 from the website https://www.happyeasygo.com/ but was the ticket was not booked and amount of rs.3128 was deducted from my account. I contacted customer care and they told the refund process has been initiated with this trip id :#[protected] but after constant follow i am still unable to get the refund. I have also attached the email correspondence i had with the customer care department. The whole experience has been frustrating.
It seems like i have been scammed, thinking of filing an fir next week.
