I have booked a trip for which the details are as follows

The trip was cancelled by the airline and a full refund was processed by the airline long back(Verified at the airline customer care). However, Happy easy go is not processing my refund and it has been pending since the last 40 plus days. I am not even able to connect to your customer care as no one is picking after 30 minutes plus waiting. I have raised a query 2 times which was unattended. I have no other option but to move legally if this situation persists. would request you to kindly take the action and provide an update on the same.
